I want to have a bigger banner but when i make one and upload it it cuts part of it of. Does anyone know how i can get a bigger banner ?
Also, Can i have flash over my banner like on www.powerrecords.co.uk

you need to change the sizes specified in your stylesheet.css
Its id is something like LogoWrapper.

In Zen Cart, what you're referring to as a "banner" is called a "header graphic".
Banners are typically advertising images/banners.
