Does zencart have an ez upload of an already existing product inventory or do all inventory items need to be uploaded one at a time?

Can you have free shipping on some items and charge shipping on others?

needs to be in csv in a specific order

Is the product for uploading items to the zencart in the admin panel already? or is it something I have to download? If so where do I get it?
