Default Paypal Express Checkout Error (10001)

I installed the latest patch for Paypal express and set up the module. When I test out the module, I get this error:

    10001 Invalid HTTP Header - PPBaseException: CONTENT_LENGTH must be >0 Backtrace: 84468e9 8446879 8427d4a 81cfef1 8058df5 40b119cb 8056121

I am not really sure what the problem is. Or, what I would need to fix.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks
    Greg

I'm guessing that one or more of the patch files failed to upload completely.

Okay. Not a simple fix then. Somehow the data being sent to PayPal is corrupted. That could happen anywhere in the process. If all the files on your website are intact, then that theoretically rules out the PHP files, leaving mainly the various communication resources, including CURL, PHP, Apache, the webserver, the hardware, the cabling, the Internet connection from hosting company to internet, the connection from there to PayPal, and so on. Lotsa fun.

    1. "Where" do you see this error?
    2. What exact steps can be take to reproduce it?
    3. Who is your hosting company?
    4. What other mods/contributions do you have installed?
    5. What version of PHP is your host running?
    6. What is the URL where this can be seen?
    7. Can you put the /zc_install/techsupp.php file up on your site again? Don't put it in zc_install or you'll create warning errors. Just upload directly to your public_html folder. If you prefer another folder, that's fine. Just post a URL link to it.
    8. Please confirm that you're using v1.3.7 (I know, sounds like a dumb question).
    9. Was this a fresh install or an upgrade? If it was an upgrade, what happens if you install a fresh v1.3.7 and the PayPal patches in another folder + database? Do you get the same results or different?
