Missing Verify E-mail option in admin

Please help me with creating the option: "Verify E-Mail Addresses Through DNS" in admin

It should be shown under admin->config->e-mail options.
Between "Use MIME HTML When Sending Emails" and "Send E-Mails"

the constant ENTRY_EMAIL_ADDRESS_CHECK exists when I use the developers tool kit.

I'm using 1.3.7 (upgraded from 1.2.6 via different versions in the past)

Should be there and if not I suspect that there is some file corruption issue and if you are using the overrides system you can overload the files via FTP with no detriment

It wasn't a corrupt file, but a database issue.
The solution is to change via phpMyAdmin in the table Configuration the configuration_group_id from 6 into 12 for configuration_key ENTRY_EMAIL_ADDRESS_CHECK.

What has caused this, is unknown to me.
Sometimes knowing How brings one further than knowing the Why

You might check in the admin > tools > server/version for the DB Patch level as I would have believed that this would have been taken care of in the upgrade process.

Both Zen-cart and Database patch level are 1.3.7.
