HTML Pages in Zen Cart

i typed my domain plain like you suggested

RewriteBase /mydomain/

this is what i get!
Not Found

The requested URL /mydomain/index.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.



i using srv5 as hosting server!



any idea?



i notice that my urls has changed



From: http://yoursite.com/index.php?main_p...products_id=24
To: http://yoursite.com/disciples-sacred...nked-p-24.html


but i still getting that error message?

You are NOT supposed to put

RewriteBase /YOURDOMAIN.COM/

just type only what you see on the next line in red:

RewriteBase /

IF you had your shop in a subdirectory , like www.MYDOMAIN.com/shop to get to your store, ONLY then would you put:

RewriteBase /shop/

if your store is at www.MYDOMAIN.com/zencart then it would be:

RewriteBase /zencart/

BUT since your shop is in the root folder (www.MYDOMAIN.com) you use:

RewriteBase /
