If they have the SSL mod available in c-panel ( we dont cause it sux )
then you need to hit that and you will see where to paste the CRT and the Ca- bundle,
then hit go
this will be in the same place that you created the CSR for comodo
Zen cart PCI compliant Hosting
I did everything that the support site at comodo said to do with the key and the crt with the ca-bundle the cetificate is there just getting a 404 page not found error
my host is wanting me to use there shared certificate or purchase another one through Thawte
Ok I got the shared certificate to work but the only way was to change the admin/includes/configure.php /includes/configure.php
define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://my.domin);
define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://prime.host-care.com/~subdomain);
so wen I click on log in it takes me to
https://prime.host-care.com/~subdoma...056be45a355d2b
is there anyway of getting this pointed back to my domian instead of the prime-cost-care.com
well, it seems you are running into a problem of having NOT paid the hosting company for THEIR certificate upon which they gain profit, combined with the reluctance on their part to support properly the comodo certificate beacuse, again, you do not pay them enough to want to bother with it.
Do you have root access to the server named in the url you posted? If so it is easy. If the hosting company has root access, and won't give it to you, then no, you can't change it yourself, you will have to convince them to do it for you...

the shared certificate came free with my hosting plan
I have root access to my domain is that what you mean or to the actual server it is on ?
nah, the server itself. the hosting company will be in control of it unless you have a dedicated server (or some similar setup) there. It seems that the cpanel should offer you a way to do it, perhaps... but i think they just need to go in and rewrite the url it is pointing at. What is the hosting service telling you? that you did it wrong, or that they won't support the comodo certificate, or what? what is the reason they give for not telling you how to fix it or point you to a help file? perhaps you should consider changing hosting companies...

They realy did not give a reason just told me either use the shared or buy another cert
