Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All of a sudden my webpage is displaying this error
1016 Can't open file: 'zen_whos_online.MYI' (errno: 145)
in:
[delete from zen_whos_online where time_last_click < '1188401433']

this started when I went to click on whos online.
when I click on whos online in administration I get this error
1016 Can't open file: 'zen_whos_online.MYI' (errno: 145)
in:
[delete from zen_whos_online where time_last_click < '1188401658' or (time_entry=time_last_click and time_last_click < '1188402318')]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

all I did was click on whos online.... How do I fix this???? I can get into administration but I cannot get my site to open.

Usually this is an indication that there was a problem with the MySQL server and it damaged the table referenced ...

Go to your phpMyAdmin that came with your domain and find your database then do a Repair on the table referenced ...
