Almost done

Downloaded ZC the day before yesterday, been thru all the FAQs and have pretty much modded it to how I want, (the FAQ's have been invaluable, but a tip for any newbies like me, type your query into google followed by zen cart and you'll find your answer faster)

My only problem seems to be getting the catagories box on the left hand side to not be Black type if you can see.

It's just stumped me.


Any ideas appreciated.

The type looks yellow to me?

Are you talking the background?

No I mean the actual Text in the catagory box is black and therefore quite unseeable

If you mean those two links at the bottom of the categories, it is the class .category-links.

You may need to create this class in your style sheet if it is not there already.
.category-links{color:yellow or whatever}

Oh I see now, Internet Explorer is displaying it that color. Hmmm... will have to look into this.

Yup I'm using IE

look for something like this in your stylesheet.css #categoriesContent{}
under that there may be something like #categoriesContent a{} if there isn't create that second one and set the color to #categoriesContent a{color:yellow}

Also you will may want to change the colors of #categoriesContent a:visited{}
