Banner Box

Ok, on both my sites i disabled the banner boxes, which i think in turn were really sponsors and in the banner manager their were tons of banners. Well i deleted each banner and disabled it well i want to start something similar to a link directory and thought it would go in where the banner box is how do i enable it? I added a banner and turned all the banner boxes on but nothing shows

Admin > Configuration > Layout Settings.

Make sure the Banner Group name of your new banner is entered in one of the Banner Display Groups, depending on where you want your new banner to appear. Experiment with all of them if you're not sure where on the page the different positions relate to.

Ok, it did work but the banner isnt clickable how do i make it clickable?

Enter a 'Banner URL' for the banner in Tools > Banner Manager.
