Default Customer with last name 'Null' Can't place order.

I just had the weiredest thing happen.. I kept getting e-mails saying an order couldnt be processed because of missing required field, last name..

So I checked to see who the customer is trying to place the order and I noticed his last name is Null ... is it possible that zencart is not passing the last name parameter right due to his real name being 'Null' ?

    any help appreciated, thanks!

Can you replicate the scenario on demand?
Do you have PayPal debug logging enabled? If so, please post the logs.
    What version of Zen Cart?
Was this indeed a Website Payments Pro transaction? or from a different PayPal module?
How did the customer's account get created in the first place? Did you import customer records from anyplace?

The debug logs which show what data was sent to PayPal when the 81136 error was returned will be helpful. Basically trying to determine whether it's Zen Cart that's sending a blank because it sees "Null" or if it's PayPal that's reading "Null" as a special word instead of as a literal valid string.
