Cant log into admin

i couldnt log in using my sign in information that i set up myself so i did the resend password and used that new one to log in and this is what i get when i click log in There was a security error when trying to login. i have no idea why can anyone help i even followed the link above and got this error

VERY STRANGE!

When I clicked on your thread title, I got a login popup for your cpanel.
I just clicked cancel and the thread opened.

Same thing when I clicked "reply"

not sure why as i copied and pasted from my cpanal but i took it out in this reply cant figure out who to edit my post and remove the link

You will get the security error when your admin user and password = Admin/admin

Can you set up a new admin account?
Once you do this - delete the admin account using Admin/admin and you should be ok!

i dont use the username=admin and password= admin i set my own up
and i have no idea how to make a new one and i am getting frustrated because i need to get into the admin to find out why my customers cant use the offsite payment option and the money order option because i added an add on and might have added it wrong and get an error and now trying to get rid of the store credit add on

Can't help with the admin thing, but the reason your customers can't do anything is that your 'splash' page doesn't contain the button for them to click to access your site. http://www.luvnbubbles.com

Front Page is no friend of yours when editing Zencart.

If you're determined to make your customers jump through hoops to access your store, you can do that through admin/configuration/regulations

I have no idea what front page is but i dont use that i have an index page that is the main one because i want to abide by the law and inform my customers this is an adult site i dont just want them entering the store and being shocked or having a kid around

well that is not the site i use anymore and that one i have forwarded to a different one and their is a button for them to enter on the luv n bubbles site its the banner on top and due to it being an adult site they have to read all and by clicking on the enter at the end that states they read it

the site that i cant get into the admin is the www.playthingsforlovers.com and it also makes you read the info being an adult site
