I can run the script via browser and it works well. However, when my cronjob run it, I get nothing. I see nothing in error_log so I put some echo in the script and redirected the cron output to a txt file, in order to trace where it fails. I seems that it can't pass the require at top of the script... because it prints 111- but not 222- in my txt file.

echo "111-";
require('includes/application_top.php');
echo "222-"; 

Any idea why it works via IE browser but not via cron job?

Not sure, could be a bad server setting. Have you tried without the 'require' statement? I don't think it's necessary.

I have a suggestion for a small tweak - could 'Dear' be one of the salutation options.

Also what's the difference between options 1 John, 7 John and 2 John Smith, 8 John Smith etc - they seem to be duplicated.

Sure, I'll get working on this soon. Probably not today though cos it's my birthday

The latter ones have a comma at the end.

Please pardon me if this is a silly question, but I'm looking for a way to email customers a few weeks after their purchase to ask them if they would consider writing a review of the product they purchased.

Does this mod present the best platform for doing so? Does anyone have any experience with creating direct links to the review functionality?

Hi Mark. With this mod, you can send an email to your customers a few weeks after their purchase asking them to write a review. However, the functionality doesn't exist yet to include in the email the specific products that were ordered. I'm planning on adding such a function in the future but I can't give any date for when that will be. If this is an important feature to you, there is a company called Magnetic One who have a similar mod which has this feature, but it will cost you to get it. I'm not aware of any other mods. Hope this answers your question.

I've finally fixed the problem by creating a absolute symbolic link one directory below public_html where I've placed the autoresponder script. This was made in order to allow autoresponder script finding the includes...

includes -> /home/invoca/public_html/includes
