When entering prices in Admin, If I enter a Net price, all 27 of my tax rates are compounded in the auto-fill function of the Gross price field. Similarly, if I enter a Gross price all 27 of my tax rates are deducted to auto-fill the Net price. If Net prices are entered the storefront prices are displayed fine.
If I was entering Net prices this would be only a visual problem. However, It's impossible for me to enter my prices Net.
Is there a way to fix this problem? Have I missed something somewhere? This wasn't a problem until I decided to start shipping to Europe.
I'm using ZenCart 1.3.7.1.

This may have something to do with the Tax class PRIORITY NUMBERS and the manner in which you have set up your tax zones.

All tax priorities are set to zero (as they are in my 1.3.8 store which works fine). There is a different tax zone for each country that I'll be shipping to, 27 in all. This is also running ok on the 1.3.8 store.

Changing Tax Rate priorities has no effect.
