Stocks by attributes

I am working on a site and I am working with the classic template.
what I need to do is:
I have 6 nappies
4 x medium and 2 x small

I have made attributes for the medium and small
what I need to know is how do I add and control the qty,s available for each size.

At the moment I just have the available sizes but nothing for the qtys available I have been reading and reading and just can not find what I need to be able to do this.

the owner wants to launch on sunday so i really need to get this finalised..

I think i have found the add on to be able to do what I need to do.
attributes_separate_stock_v0-1. is this what i need..

would someone be willing to install it for me as i am not familiar with SQL..
I am happy to pay someone to do it for me so i can get it right the first time.

Hi,

you need to ownload and install the Stock with Attributes mod.

There are 2 versions, am not sure on the idfferences - some else may be able to comment on that but I use the MULTIADD version just fine.

Go to the Freeware Software Add Ons page and search fgor "Stock By Attributes" and download this

Hey just a quick question, but if I forget to select my attributes when adding an item to the card I get TEXT_SELECT_OPTIONS in an error message. Anyone know where this is so I can change it to a more friendly error?

I'm obviously not looking in the right spot.

I can't find an answer to this question, so maybe someone could help me out. I'm sure it's a common question but i'm starting to get a headache looking through 58 pages.

Plain and simple: I need an attribute to disappear from the drop down menu when it is out of stock.
I know it says ***OUT OF STOCK* on the checkout page but I want the option to choose that attribute to not even be visible on the drop down if it is not in stock. There has to be an easier way than going through and deleting all of the attributes (size in my case) for each product that is sold out in a size.
