Problem with Image Handler

gamenano thanks, just trid that but it didnt work i still cant get that frame to pull fown over all the aditional images. Its like it wont pull down over the last row of additonal images.

I would even welcome knowing where i can turn it off if i cant fix it. It it just bugging me that it visually only half works!

Gamenano - you don't have Image Handler working on the store side. Right click on any of your product images, and you'll see that the image being shown is bigger than the pixel size being displayed. For example, the product image on http://www.gamenano.com/index.php?ma...products_id=19 is being shown at 120 x 120, but the actual image being used is 500 x 500. You need to ensure that Image Handler is set to resize images under Configuration >> Images in the admin. Also ensure that the bmz_cache folder is set to 0777 permissions. When this works, your image should be re-sized, and should be pointing to the bmz_cache folder, where a re-sized copy of the original image is stored.

garethrooney - you need to add a <br class="clearBoth" /> to the box after the additional images have been added. The reason the box doesn't extend all the way down to where it should, is because the float isn't clearing properly.

I remember you said in the previous post that I have not got the IH2 installed properly on my zen cart and missing a CSS file. Now what should I do first, remove the IH2 mod from somewhere first and reinstall or just overwrite the old files.

furthermore, if I need to reinstall my IH2, which version do you recommand? After I seach on the free addons, this is what comes up for image handler

You are using a Monster template.
You might never get IH or any other mod to work with this template.
If you paid money for this template you need to contact Monster for support.

Hi there,

the files show ok to me in the website, but, I have some problems in the backend. In the admin panel, the thumbs break and do not show at all. Looking at their properties, they are linked to the /root url, but my shop is under /test folder, so they just break... How is this possible?

I use ZC 1.3.8b and IH2.0.
