Flat rate to UK & Eire

Hi,
I'm struggling all day with this. I want to have flat rate shipping for my store. But I think my problem is that I want three rates. One rate for UK , one for Rep. of Ireland and another for Northern Ireland. My store is based in Rep. of Ireland. Anyone got any experience or advise?

I have a uk website, and i use zone rates, i have a zone for uk and northern ireland, and a zone for ireland and other european contries

Can you elaborate on how you go about setting that up?

if you are talking about shipping rates then this can be done by going to modules/shipping and zone rates

my cart calculates on weight

below is a sample of my settings, you can paste your own rates for your countries

the first zone is for UK and northern ireland and the second zone is for Ireland and a number of other countries

also i only have free shipping enabled as another shipping module, only these two
