How do I add this XHTML content to my product page?

ok i have this source

for a nutritional info template

im not 100% how is the best way to add it to my product info

what i did is add the css code to my styleshee.t.css and the xhtml code to my product info in the admin

i dod get something similar but without the border. is this how you would add it? how would you modify it, example i want to add another coloumn
