Hi
I have a zen cart latest version installed in a sub directory (/store/) of my domain, with the main site in the root. I want to put some order buttons on pages in the main directory to pass in orders to zen cart. I want to bypass the product info pages in zen cart and with a form pass in the order directly to the index.php?main_page=shopping_cart page. Here is the form I'm using:
Code:
<form action="store/index.php?main_page=product_info&action=add_product&cart_quantity=1" method="POST">
<table class="orderbox">
<tr valign="middle">
<td class="ordprice">$799</td>
<td class="ordsel">
<label for="attrib-2" >Choose Finish: </label><select class="attrib-dd" id="attrib-2" name="id[2]" ><option value="20" >Dark Walnut</option><option value="19" >Honey Oak</option><option value="2" >Natural</option></select></td>
<td class="ordadd"><input type="image" border="0" name="add" src="images/add2cart.gif" width="97" height="21">
<input type="hidden" name="products_id" value="167"></td></tr>
</table></form>
This works to a point. The product shows up on the shopping cart, BUT if I navigate away without checking out immediately, the cart looses that product because it arrived with no cookie set.
How do I set the cookie for zen cart in the main directory, so that when I pass the order into the sub directory where zen cart is, it will keep track of the cart contents even if I navigate away to do more shopping w/o checking out immediately?
thanks
