Help - internal server error when doing super orders automatic payment

Hi, on midsouthcoin.com/midsouthcoinstore when I go to checkout I get this:

internal server error

I was trying to do super orders automatic payment. Can someone help me fix this? Thanks.

This is what it says. For the super orders, it said to modify these files:

includes/classes/order.php
]/includes/class/super_order.php
modules/payment/paypal/paypal_functions.php
ipn_main_handler.php

Then it could not display the page...then I changed the files back deleted the added lines i was told to add...then I get this internal server error

What & how are you editing with?
What are you using to upload with?

I'm using notepad to edit it and filezilla to upload it. I have been looking at the link...but I'm not sure what happened. If I changed everything back, it should work right?

oh, stupid me....just remembered I did change the permissions of the ipn_main_handler.php file
