    red flag I do not receive a welcome email

    I am testing my live shop now and registered as a customer with valid email address,but I did not receive any emails(welcome, order notification) from my store after making a purchase...Where to look for the solution?

    TIA

    P.s.: does customer receive an invoice automatically or I will have to do it manually?what do u sent to customer in the box with orderackaging slip or invoice?

    I did received copies of the emails to my mailbox,located on my server though..
