Want to change NavCat Tabs in LiteGrey template

I would like to change the Tabs at the top of my screen since I only have a few catergories and like the way they would look up there as opposed to the left side.

So instead of those upper tabs saying Home, New Products, Featured, etc
I would like them to show Home, Men's, Women's, Makeup, etc.

Or perhaps add the mens womens tabs to the existing ones, but maybe change the sort order.

I have tried some of the tutorials I have found, but that only adds a small text type section above where I want them.
Another reason for this is that I would then be able to remove the specials link completely, since all the prices will be "Special". There's really no reason to have a specials section when all of them are "special." (kinda like what overstock does - msrp slashed out and shows how much you are "saving")

Any suggestions or better ideas? Let me know!

PS - I can see where they are in the source code, but I can't seem to find them in the Stylesheet. Perhaps I'm just overlooking them.

I've been testing this template, another very nice template of the new free templates coming out. (Although not currently using it, it is a click away.)

I'm guessing it's the templates/lite_grey/templates/tpl_top_nav page which will do the change. Not sure how to do it, though. Probably swap some code. You might try on a test site. Or perhaps some real support will come along.

But once it's done, I might also be interested....
