So I take it we don't have a fix for this? The problem has become that I can no longer empty my cache in the zencart control panel like I used to be able to do.

    Merry Christmas!

Could you please help me find the solution for a problem I'm having with this add-on.
I did not find anything in the thread.

I'm running 1.3.8.a the latest. Installed 10 days ago. So is the SSU.
The module manager was also installed as suggested.

    The major issue is this:

I have a subdirectory 'cgi-bin' where some of my helpful scripts always live.
The directory and the scripts have nothing to do with ZC.
They have been working in all my ZC and other sites since 2005.

After installing the SSU, the browser can not get to them anymore. The browser can not get to anything, even static html files, in the cgi-bin directory.
The response is "page not found".
(Yes, I've been doing it for hours and checked my spelling :-(

I tried to add cgi-bin and the scripts to the exclude list - the same.

My auto-alias is set to false.

The script names are like xxxxxxx.cgi
The cgi-bin sits in the top level of the catalog (next to 'includes' and 'admin')

(I don't do any mod_rewrite other than those done by the SSU).

Do you know what's going on?
    Can you help please?

    Thank you in advance!

help question Re: Simple SEO URL [support thread]

Hi Yellow1219, I encounter the problems indicated in the below link and cannot resolve it for a long time.

    http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=143927

I finally find it related the simple SEO URL. After I disabled the SSU, all problem solved.

But SEO URL is critical to any website, could you tell me what to do in order to get your SEO URL return to normal?

i have ssu installed on zc 1.3.7 at http://deadseamarket.com

If you go to check out and enter an invalid gift certificate code the site gives you the appropriate error message.

If you enter an invalid coupon code, the site freaks out and crashes with:

    Code:
    Redirect Loop

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
I noticed that the URL it is trying to reach is pretty weird looking:

    Code:
    https://deadseamarket.com/checkout_payment/credit_class_error_code/ot_coupon/credit_class_error/Invalid%20Coupon%20Code
Any ideas on how to fix this up? I have seen other errors like this before and was able to fix them by removing a "/" at the end of URLs in the code.

Hey Country, I've hired a programmer who turned off my cache for me. He claimed it would not make the site run slowly because my site doesn't see enough traffic to initiate that response. I'm sincerely hoping that this is the final solution to this pesky problem of my links not working due to my seo software. Please have a look at the site and let me know if the pages load at a good normal rate for you. Once I've verified that this solution works as I hope I'll post up on how to eliminate caching from this software. Thanks.

Hi Ian I think all your links work very well. Their is no slow down in them at all. I don't know what you did but it works well.

    Latest Version of Zen Cart

SSu is first add-on to be installed

Once all files have been transferred and module manager had been installed, the site displays fine, but when I attempt to access SSU from admin-> extras, I get:

Fatal error: Class 'yclass' not found in /nfs/c04/h02/mnt/79847/domains/iattract.co.uk/html/admin/ssu.php on line 16

Can't find this yclass file in install zip.

    Any ideas?
