Description
- Used to define minimum values for various options. Used in validation of user input.
Options
First Name
- Minimum required length of First Name field when customers are entering their information.
- Default: 2
Nick Name
- Minimum required length of Nick Name field when customers are entering their information. The Nick Name field is used only when connecting the store to a related support forum such as phpBB and becomes their username there.
- Default: 3
Last Name
- Minimum required length of Last Name field when customers are entering their information.
- Default: 2
Date of Birth
- Minimum required length of Date of Birth field when customers are entering their information, if the field is enabled. Setting it to 0 can be used to disable the field length checking.
- Date-format validation is done separately.
- Default: 10
E-Mail Address
- Minimum required length of Email Address field when customers are entering their information.
- Default: 6
Street Address
- Minimum required length of Street Address field when customers are entering their information.
- Default: 5
Company
- Minimum required length of Company field. Not used in 1.3.0.2.
- Default: 2
Post Code
- Minimum required length of Post Code field when customers are entering their information.
- Default: 4
City
- Minimum required length of City field when customers are entering their information.
- Default: 3
State
- Minimum required length of State field when customers are entering their information.
- Default: 2
Telephone Number
- Minimum required length of Telephone Number field when customers are entering their information.
- Default: 3
Password
- Minimum required length of Password field when customers are entering their information.
- Default: 5
Credit Card Owner Name
- Minimum required length of Credit Card Owner Name field when customers are entering their payment information.
- Default: 3
Credit Card Number
- Minimum required length of Credit Card Number field when customers are entering their payment information.
- Default: 10
Credit Card CVV Number
- Minimum required length of Credit Card CVV Number field when customers are entering their payment information.
- Default: 3
Product Review Text
- Minimum required length of Product Review Text field when customers are entering a product review.
- Default: 50
Best Sellers
- Minimum number of Best Sellers which must be available in the database in order for the Best Sellers sidebox to appear.
- Default: 1
Also Purchased Products
- Minimum number of products required in order to display in the This Customer Also Purchased center box. Not used 1.3.0.2.
- Default: 1
