Configuration group

The configuration groups are the way that all the rows in the configuration table are separated into the sections that correspond to the menu items in the Admin - Configuration menu. The groups are defined in the configuration_group table.
This list shows the configuration_group_id for each of the configuration groups. This id is used in the configuration table to identify the configuration group of each record. Occasionally a developer may want to search through all the rows in the configuration table for a particular group and this reference is for easy identification of the correct id number to search for. The list is ordered by the sort_order, the same order as the Admin - Configuration menu.
