• Bounced Emails esp when sending newsletters


    Zen Cart doesn't handle email/newsletter bounces automatically.

    If you get email "bounces" coming back to you, you can turn off a subscriber's settings by going into the ADMIN | CUSTOMERS area, and entering their email address in the "search" box in the upper-right corner, then press Enter. Then you can edit the subscriber's account settings (email, HTML, newsletter, etc)
