Invoice Payment Method ("Bill Me Later", "Credit")

Description

Allows the admin to specify one or more multiple pricing groups as having "invoice" permission.
Allowing customers to pay by invoice can then be done by moving the customer into one of these groups.
Interoperates with group discount mechanism.

Thus, customers can opt for "Bill Me Later" or "Invoice Me" or "Pay Later",
or a sort of "Layaway" program,
or the storeowner could use it for allowing "Store Credit On Account" where payment is handled by a separate system in your company.
