News Box Manager

Adds a 'Latest News' sidebox and News editor to Zencart 1.3x and allows publishing stories that are subsequently displayed in the News sidebox. Uses Dynamic Drive's Fading Scroller to display the news stories. Allows start and end times of the stories, etc. This is an older contribution originally developed by geeks4u.com that I have updated to work with the latest 1.3x version of ZC, and now functions properly with register globals off.
