Google Dynamic Remarketing - Version: 2

Added ability to set whether to use product ID or Model number when reporting products to Google.
More accurately detects available products on supported pages.
Simplified the manual change that must be made to tpl_main_page, and relocated the intention of this script being in the "common" directory instead of off on its own.
If upgrading from prior version, grab your GA Conversion Code from the old file, add it to the new file, and update your tpl_main_page to point to the new file as per the readme.txt instructions.
