Download Already Purchased Messaging

Description
If your store provides downloaded products to your customers, this plugin recognizes that downloads are "different". If the customer has already purchased a downloadable product, shoudn't they be notified if they're trying to re-purchase when an active download link is available?

A configuration setting is added to your store's Configuration->Attribute Settings, allowing you to configure how the plugin interacts with your customers. 		+ Download Latest
