If your customers need assistance identifying the exact product model they need based on a specific set of requirements, you may want to give this plugin a try. The Build Your Own plugin (or BYO) allows store owners to create a set of questions and answers that are presented to customers in a sequential order. The questionnaire is mounted on top of a pseudo-product, created for the purpose of guide customers to one or more actual products. At the end of the questionnaire, the customer is presented with a set of product recommendations (one or more) to choose from. The BYO plugin works like a product filter inside a product page. Easy to install and use, the BYO plugin only requires the modification of a single template file. |
