Return Request

The Return Request is a comprehensive plugin created to facilitate product returns in Zen Cart. To install the plugin, all you need to do is to upload a few files to your server and run the provided install.sql patch. There are no file rewrites, so you can try that plugin in your sandbox or live website with piece of mind. INSTALLATION 1. Unpack the contents of the zip file; 2. Rename the YOUR_ADMIN folder based on the name you use in your Zen Cart install; 3. Upload all provided script files to your server; 4. Login to Admin and go to Tools > Install SQL Patches 5. Upload the provided install.sql file 6. Open Admin: Configuration > Return Request - config 7. Change the Customer Service Email(s) and any other setting you may see fit. 8. Open Admin: Tools > Define Pages Editor > DEFINE_RETURN_REQUEST.PHP 9. Change anything you want in that text and save it. 10. Make the following link available somewhere in your website to allow customers access to the new page: https://www.my-domain.com/index.php?main_page=return_request |
