This mod will: a) Add the Phone Number field to the contact us page b) Fill in the phone number field if the user is logged in and has a phone number in their account c) print the phone number in the email Initially posted in a thread by flakrat, I have simply packaged up the relevant modified files to allow easy installation, and can take no credit whatsoever for the coding. |

Modified from flakrat's Add Phone Number to Contact Us, this adds a mandatory Phone Number field, and an optional Order Number field. This mod will: a) Add the Phone Number, and Order Number field to the contact us page. b) Fill in the phone number field if the user is logged in and has a phone number in their account. c) Bring up an error message if the phone number is ommitted. (no error on order number as it is an optional field) d) print the phone number and order number in the email. Note that some templates (Future Zen) use files from the default template, so you may need to upload there as well. (As a rule of thumb, you should always be overriding something) So BACK UP!
