1.) Issue group discounts on a per-product basis, rather than the order total as a whole. 2.) Create discount groups and assign each group a different discount percentage, using your choice of two calculation methods. 3.) View, add, or delete discount group customers directly from Admin -> Group Pricing. 4.) Store prices will change while browsing when group discount customers log in. Display the discounted prices in the following places: - All Product Lists & Indexes - Product Info Page - Shopping Cart - Shopping Cart Sidebox - Orders - Order Confirmation Emails - Order History - Browser Title Bar - Sales Report 5.) Prevent group discounts from being given on products already on sale or special at a higher discount. If the group discount price is lower than the sale or special price, products will be offered at the group discount price. 6.) Prevent discounts of any kind being issued on gift certificates. 7.) Works with all products and pricing methods. 8.) If desired, show customers the difference between full price and their price using your own personalized text. 9.) You will see the same prices in Whos Online your customers will see, making it easy to assist a customer or track shopping activity. Updated to improve efficiency, to include the appropriate pricing text display on all pages for all customers, added group pricing and the correct display to quantity discounts, revised group pricing code for all attribute pricing scenarios, fixed split-page navigation in admin and more! There was a bug in: /includes/functions/functions_prices.php - line 209 The wrong line is: $show_discount_amount = $number_format(100 - (($display_sale_price / $display_normal_price) * 100),SHOW_SALE_DISCOUNT_DECIMALS); And the fixed line is: $show_discount_amount = number_format(100 - (($display_sale_price / $display_normal_price) * 100),SHOW_SALE_DISCOUNT_DECIMALS); That's all. |
