Updated some of the php info to show attributes in the Tools>Recover Cart Sales. Modified some possible php errors that have been corrected in the forum and just haven't made their way into the correction list. Also now includes an uninstall.sql. If you are having issues running the patch, installing the sql, or the Configuration>Configure RCS is blank, run the uninstall.sql and then the install.sql again. Known issues from previous versions still not corrected: Ignore Customers with Sessions not working, regardless of true/false RCS still ignores them. Notes: Admin CC email: Once installed, if you want a copy of the email CC emailed for confirmation, go to Configuration>Configure RCS>E-mail copies to: and add an email address. This was previously included to be sent to the store owner email, but somewhere along the lines was taken out. This was addressed in the forum so I wanted to pass on the fix. |

Recover Cart Sales (RCS) for Zen Cart DESCRIPTION: Recover Cart Sales Tool is an admin utility for Zen Cart allowing merchants to send individual or bulk email messages to customers whom have set up a shop account and added items to their shopping cart, but for various reasons did not complete submitting an order (this is known as an 'abandoned cart'). The tool also generates a report listing the "possible" response to your email, informing you if customer followed up with a purchase from your shop. The email sent to these customers may help educate your customers about your shop and at the same time assist merchant in identifying trends and individual reasons behind abandoned carts. Use this tool diligently. Compose your email message carefully. Don't burden your customers with undesirable repeat messages.
