Newsletter Subscribe is a contribution for handling newsletter-only subscriptions. It incorporates Subscribe! v1.1 and newsletter_unsubscribe contribs, plus adds more functionality. Catalog features: -Show subscription link via sidebox or header [template edit required for header] -Subscribers are able to select HTML or text-only mail at signup (unless cart only allows text-only). -Automagically merge subscriptions if an account is created using the same address. -Newsletter-only subscribers are required to confirm their email address and a unique code to reduce spam/spoofing Admin features: -Subscriptions manager for editing, adding, or removing subscriptions. -Automated installation and removal of database components -Enable/disable subscriptions without removing files -Enable/disable header field -Purge unconfirmed emails more than 90 days old to keep your pages pretty. -Email direct to [confirmed] subscribers from manager. |
