Gallery2 Zen Cart Integration - Version: 2.0.0

This is a two part update. Firstly it fixes a couple of bugs in the original code, and fixes some dependencies on admin include files.
Secondly it contains an enhanced release that supports users wanting to sell imagery by download from their website.
An image uploaded to the Gallery2 site is immediately available for sale in the Zen Cart site at selected resolutions. Files for download are automatically created and zipped at download time, and deleted after the download.
