EZ thumbnails

Creates products and category thumbnails on the fly. Also creates subdirectories if the source image is found in a subdirectory. Very basic script, easy install, no php code or sql changes needed. Does *not* work out of the box on 1.2.x or older versions! I think 1.3.6 is the first Zen Cart version that provides the hook that is required by this script.
