Just updated where to find the setting from My Store to Minimum Values (Many thanks to Chinchilla2661). For those that already have it installed, you can use install_config_relocate.sql to move the existing Minimum Number of Items configuration to the Configuration--_Minimum Values section of the Admin Panel WITHOUT any changes to your existing setting.
