I couldn't find any other simple Purchase Order modules for Zencart so I decided to work on this one. It seems to work for 1.3.9d - I believe most of this works, but you may have to tweak it some.

I took the original Zencart 1.3.9d core files and used much of the old Purchase Order Module parts to make it work since you can no longer use the old version straight up. 		  + Download
