EPDQ Payment Module

This payment module provides everything a Zen Cart shop owner needs to accept credit/debit card payments over the internet. It uses the Barclaycard’s online payment gateway called “EPDQ”, which connects to a server of EPDQ and customer has to input the card details on the secure server of EPDQ, so no need to set up a SSL on your site. Making this as professional payment solution you could possibly use with Zen Cart! The whole checkout process is completely streamlined, therefore allowing store owners to have a store which works just as well as any of the large e-commerce websites! This is a complete re-write of the earlier mod for the ePDQ CPI service (except for the code supplied by Barclays). It plugs at least two ways of creating orders without playing and adds an audit trail table so that you can investigate transactions if needed. The code is more complex than it might have been as we found that the ideal approach didn't work on all servers, so included a second approach with a switch to move easily between them, which documented in the included readme file. A number of test and debugging tools (undocumented) have been left in, lest you need them. |
