Blank Sidebox - Version: 2.0

This version of the blank sidebox mod has been completely re-written. It is fully compliant with all previous versions of Zen Cart, reflects current best practice for Zen Cart development and removes the title link bug suffered by its predecessor. It also has an all new readme file that is hopefully less confusing than the previous one.
