E-mail on page not found (404) error - Version: v1.2.4

This version contains changes captured for GitHub issue #2. Language constants (and pseudo-configuration definitions) have been moved from the auto_loader to a language-based extra_definitions file.
The email report now includes the contents of the entire $_SERVER and $_SESSION values.

Get REQUEST_URI from $_SERVER instead of $_ENV; $_ENV is not available in some configurations and $_SERVER is and has the same information.
Fixed problem when a test-user account email address using HTML emails is the same as the email address to which the 404-error emails are to be sent. Corrected typo that resulted in emails always being archived.
