Banners In Main Page - Version: 2.0

I recently had a need for something like this, but the original mod was written before the whole 'responsive' thing happened, so I reworked @stevesh's code to be responsive. I also made Banners 2-6 appear on the main page only.
As always, I recommend you use @lat9's excellent Clone Template mod to create your own responsive template then follow the installation directions below.
I tested this update in four browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Opera, and Samsung) on a Samsung J3 phone and with Chrome on an onn. 8" tablet, with no problems. I don't have an iPhone, but I expect it should work in Safari, too.
