ZC1.5.5 - Admin Plugin Backward Compatibility

Description

Like Zen Cart v1.5.4, Zen Cart v1.5.5 introduces some new, common, admin functions that are used by various admin-level scripts. This plugin creates those functions, if not already present, to enable plugin authors to provide a single file-load that supports both Zen Cart v1.5.5 (merging their plugin's changes with the Zen Cart v1.5.5 core files) and earlier versions of Zen Cart.
