Lazy Loader - jQuery Product Image Loader

Thanks to Dan123 on the Zen Cart forums for his description of how to do this. His great example of this mod is at http://www.klybni4ka.net/sale. The jQuery module for the lazy loader is available at http://www.appelsiini.net/projects/lazyload. Designed for: Zencart 1.5.1,though will probably work with most versions as the modules/product_listing.php is the only zen cart file. This simply loads images in a more graceful way: it only loads images that are in a visible part of web page in the browser which is very useful for stores that show a lot of products per page - product listing in each category. |
