I want to turn off "Combine Shopping Cart" with "Previous Shopping Cart Items", but I could not find a place to turn it off. Could you please give me your advice and help. Thanks so much.

I don't think you can turn off that function from admin, but if it's just the message you want to remove, it's defined in english.php.
