Login Box - Version: 1.4.1

This version adds an update - instead of making the box disappear when logged in, instead it will show a "my account" menu, comprising of "my account" "my shopping cart" and "logoff" links. The box will still disappear when looking at either of the "login" "account creation" or "forgot password" pages.
I'm using this presently in my production environ - Please - PM me if you find this has a problem!
