Modified header code to reload the ask_a_question page (instead of the contact_us page) with the provided parameters sent to the ask_a_question page if ENABLE_SSL (identified in includes/configure.php) is true and the page was requested without trying to load with SSL.

Updated the plugin to incorporate the use of 'SSL' into the README.txt file to incorporate the ask_a_question page call into the product_info page or when generally incorporating the link to the ask a question page. This solves the issue of the page redirecting to the contact_us page on systems that have at least been found to have enabled their SSL. No other file changes have been made.

Ask A Question - Version: 2.0

Updated the plugin to use the security checks/actions incorporated into ZC 1.5.1 on the contact us page and updated to use the header and tpl_ files associated with ZC 1.5.5. Some features remain unique to the Ask a Question page, but otherwise pretty consistent with the contact us page.
Also copied the define_ask_a_question file into the template override system for consistency of using the override system when/where possible.

The new "Ask A Question" contribution is a retooling of the 1.2 contribution for 1.3. Rather than having its own database entries the way 1.2 did, it simply reuses the "Contact Us" information and behavior, but with an embedded product information and product link.
