I have them enabled in admincp, they are showing up in empty cart like normal, on main page like normal, but not under category lists.
Any idea's?

There are settings in the Configuration ... Stock ... to manage the Centerboxes on the empty shopping_cart page ...
The shopping cart page settings were recently added to control them separately from the other pages ... :smile:
