Ssimple categories tree

Hi,

I installed Simple Categories Tree module (https://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1797) in order to get a category box with new style. I uploaded all files to my web server but I need help with this. Does anyone know where should I place this piece of code?
